HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase your Custom Design Spot.

2. Complete checkout to secure your spot.

3. Check your email after payment. You will receive instructions to submit your Custom Design Form.

4. Submit your customization details, including 3 things you love + your favorite color.

5. Join me on TikTok LIVE and watch your custom design come to life.

6. Approve your design. One reasonable revision is included.

7. Digital customers receive their completed file. Physical-product customers will have their approved design sublimated onto their selected cup or tumbler.

PHYSICAL CUP PRODUCTION

Physical cups and tumblers are made on:

Tuesdays & Thursdays

Completed orders are scheduled to ship the following business day.

Production and shipping times may vary during high-volume periods.

IMPORTANT BEFORE PURCHASING

Payment is required BEFORE any design work begins.

Your purchase includes the custom design service and the product or digital-file option you select at checkout.

Please double-check all names, wording, colors, personalization, and other information before submitting your Custom Design Form.

Your purchase includes 1 reasonable revision. Major design changes or additional revisions may require an additional fee.

Please check your email immediately after payment. You must complete the Custom Design Form linked in your email before your spot can be added to the design queue.

Paid Order + Completed Design Form = Secured Design Spot

MISSED LIVE POLICY

If you are not present when your design spot is called during the LIVE, your spot will be carried over for up to two additional LIVE opportunities.

If your design cannot be completed after those additional opportunities, I will contact you regarding the next available option for your order.

FINAL SALE POLICY

All custom design sales are final once design work has begun.

Because each design is created specifically for you, completed custom digital designs and customized physical products cannot be returned or exchanged.
